The billing tab gives the information about the current usage summary for the customers.

The billing tab gives the customers information about the current usage summary. The information shown on this page differs with the logged-in user’s role type and permissions.

To navigate to this tab, please click on the settings→ Billing tab.

Admin Users will be able to access all the information Current Usage Summary, Subscription Information and Custom Support Access. Standard Users will be able to access the information about Current Usage Summary only. Read-Only and Identified Only users won’t have access to the billing information.

If  ‘Allow custom support to access to your account’ is toggled on, the customer support team can access the account. If it is toggled off, customer support team can not access the account and can not make any changes to your account.
