Campaigns

Campaigns can have multiple unique tracking numbers for customer engagement. Users can create and edit campaigns, set start/end dates, and apply filters for easy navigation.

Create Campaign:

A campaign refers to any marketing advertisement that can be conducted online or offline.

Tracking numbers are unique identifiers linked to individual customer engagements. Each tracking number is assigned to specific marketing campaigns, which may include multiple tracking numbers.

Users can create an unlimited number of campaigns from the Campaign Builder page. There are no restrictions on the number of numbers that can be added to a campaign.

To access this page, click on "Campaigns" in the left menu.

On this page, you can add campaigns for the selected group shown in the breadcrumb. You also have the option to filter the data and download the grid.

To save your filters for this page, select your preferred filters and click on "Save Filters." Whenever you return to this page after saving your filters, the grid will automatically display the data based on those saved filters.

If you click on "Reset to Default," all saved filters will be removed.

To create the new campaign, click the Create button to open the following window. Fill in the required information and click Next to save the details.

The following window will appear when the campaign is created successfully. You can create another campaign, provision a tracking number from here, or close this window to return to the campaign grid.

Following are the Campaign Detail fields:

  1. Campaign Name: The campaign name is a required field when creating a campaign.
  2. Active: By default, it is set to “YES.” This will automatically change to “NO” if the campaign start date and time are assigned to a future date and time or when the end date has passed.
  3. External ID (optional): It can be used for reference, integrations, etc. The Campaign ID is available in all reports, webhooks, and the API.
  4. Campaign Owner: The default owner of a campaign will be the user who creates it. The Campaign Owner can be changed to a Standard user, allowing them to manage the campaign. Please note that there can only be one owner per campaign. An Admin can be designated as the owner, but it is not mandatory. By default, Admins have the ability to manage campaigns.

  6. End Date and Time (optional): The default End date and time will be set to never. Specifying an End Date and Time will deactivate the Campaign and associated Tracking Numbers at that time.
  7. End of Campaign: There are two cases when a campaign ends,
    1. Referral (when included in your subscription plan):The referral prompt will inform callers of a campaign that has ended. It will let them know that the tracking number is no longer active and instruct them to call the business number, which is provided in the prompt recording. This message will play for 30 days after the campaign concludes.
    2. Normal (part of a subscription): The campaign becomes inactive once it ends, along with all tracking numbers created under that campaign.
  8. Campaign Spend: You can enter the monthly amount spent on marketing. This can be recorded as either a monthly amount or a one-time expense, with the monthly option selected by default. To change this amount, click the "Change Amount" button, and a popup will appear.

You can select the option from
    1. Apply to all historical data: Apply the updated spending amount to all prior conversations.
    2. Enter Start date: Choose a date from when to apply a new spend amount for the conversations.
  9. Conversion Value: It is the average monetary value per conversion.
