The Data Append feature is an optional lookup service that enhances caller insights by capturing and displaying third-party data associated with a caller’s phone number. This is achieved through a reverse phone number lookup, which consolidates key caller details into a single, easy-to-access view. This data helps businesses make informed, data-driven decisions by providing deeper visibility into caller demographics and behavioral trends.

The Data Append feature is an optional lookup service that enhances caller insights by capturing and displaying third-party data associated with a caller’s phone number. This is achieved through a reverse phone number lookup, which consolidates key caller details into a single, easy-to-access view.

This data helps businesses make informed, data-driven decisions by providing deeper visibility into caller demographics and behavioral trends.


Data Coverage

  • Complete caller information is successfully acquired on over 65% of all calls.

  • On over 96% of calls, Convirza acquires at least one of the following data points:

    • Business name

    • Caller name

    • Gender

    • Address

    • City

    • State

    • ZIP code

    • Country

    • Carrier

    • Rate center

Where to Find This Data

The appended data can be accessed in the following locations:

  • Call Logs Reports

    • Download the Detailed Info CSV from the Download button in:

      • Call Logs (Detailed info)

      • Call Logs with Data Append

  • This information is also included in the Call Logs Scheduled Report.

Make sure to enable the “Detailed Info” checkbox while configuring the scheduled report to include Data Append fields.

    We’ve introduced additional fields such as email, income, and home value.

  2. Will this change affect my existing integrations or workflows?

    No. All existing webhook and call action integrations will continue to work as before without any impact.

  3. What new data fields are available now?

    The new fields include email, income, and home value, which can be enabled as per your business needs.

  4. Are the new fields chargeable?

    Yes. If you choose to enable and use the new fields, they will incur additional charges.

  5. How can I enable or disable these new fields?

    You can manage fields under Group settings < Data Append. Once enabled, the fields will be included in the webhook, call action, and reports. (Call logs extended & Call logs with Data Append)

  6. Where can I view the appended data?

    You can view all appended data, including the new fields (if enabled), in the Call logs extended & Call logs with Data Append. The details are available when you download the CSV file.

  7. Will my historical data include these new fields?

    No. The new fields will only be available for future calls after enabling them.

  8. How does billing work for the new fields?

    Charges apply only if you enable and use the additional fields. Standard fields remain included at no extra cost.

  9. Is the quality or accuracy of the appended data different from the new provider?

    You may notice richer and more reliable data, ensuring better insights for your business.
