How to Make a Payment

Visit https://cai.convirza.com/payments to make a payment. For more information, see below.

Please follow the steps below to make a payment or add new credit card information to your account. 

To use this link, you must have completed a full billing cycle and received a copy of your invoice via email. You will find the invoice number in that email, which is required to proceed. Additionally, you can use this link to add a new payment method as needed for future payments.

Existing customers:

1. Visit https://cai.convirza.com/payments.
2. Add the invoice number.
3. Select the payment mode.
4. Add the amount to be paid from the invoice.
5. Select 'Use Existing Payment Methods'
6. Select the credit card from the drop-down.
7. Click on Next.

 New customers:

New customers should follow the steps from step 1 to step 4 mentioned above and then follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Select 'I accept the User Agreement.'
2. Enter the credit card information.
3. Click on Submit.
4. Once the information is saved, click on back and follow the same steps to make a payment.
