Setup Voicemail

Convirza tracking numbers support voicemail. This can be particularly useful if you want the ability to listen to your voicemail messages within CFA

Follow the steps below to add voicemail to a tracking number:

  • Add a tracking number to the desired campaign. Please refer to the Add Tracking Numbertext for steps on adding a new number.
  • Check the "Activate Voicemail" checkbox

  • Click the + icon on the right to expand the Advanced Tracking Number Settings
  • To the right of Configure Voicemail Greetings, click the + icon to select a file

  • Click the Add Audio File button to select an MP3 or WAV audio file to uploadadd_audio_file_vm-1
  • Click the Upload Audio File button to upload the file selected from the previous step

  • Click the checkbox to the left of your file and then click the Use Selected button

  • You will see the name of your file once complete. You can press the play button to listen to it.

As an alternative to uploading your own file, you can type a message into the voicemail field and it will be read by a computerized voice. Press the play button to see how it sounds.
